Beryl is the best host! So attentive to detail. The house is well equipped with all essentials and very comfortable. Our stay was just what our family needed. We were there for a long weekend- the grandkids loved the beach which was not crowded at all. We will be back!

Great place to come and enjoy with friends/ family. The beach is not even a minute drive just across the Main Street. The house is very clean with VERY comfortable large beds (one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed at for Airbnbs). Place seems like newly remodeled. 10/10. Only gripe I have is host does not provide beach towels…. Towels had to remain in house. Other than that, this place is wonderful and worth the stay!

Beryl's cozy and comfy airbnb home was absolutely perfect for our family's needs. It had a spacious and inviting layout and was well-stocked with kitchen tools and amenities. It was so nice to have the Keurig coffee loaded with coffee pods:), as well as dish cleaning supplies, paper goods, some chilled water bottles, laundry soap, and bathroom supplies. Her checkout instructions were very simple and clear. It was a superb location in a pretty Pearland neighborhood, quiet and well-kept. Beryl was very personable right from the get-go, and always responded extremely promptly. She was touched by our gathering there for my mother-in-law's 100th birthday! If we should ever need a place to stay again there, we would 100% hope to find her place available. I'm sure anyone would enjoy it as much as we did!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Aqua Beach Haven! The home is stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and fun. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and so well-equipped for our large group. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. What really stood out were all the fun amenities. There were tons of games that kept the whole family entertained, from board games to group activities, and the outdoor equipment was a huge hit with the teens—plenty to keep everyone active and engaged. Beryl, our host, was incredible. She was responsive, warm, and made everything so easy. Anytime we had a question, she got back to us right away, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay.

We had an amazing trip to Galveston. If want a peaceful, relaxing stay near the beach this is the place for you! You can't beat the breeze and solitude found here! The host was very responsive on any questions we had. We would easily choose to stay here again on future trips!!

This place has the amenities of an upscale hotel. Floss, qtips, cotton balls, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, cold bottle water upon arrival. Finally an air bnb in Pearland with class. Note: walking distance to Dolores nature center and centennial park. Very clean and comfortable 👌

Quick, easy walk to the beach — such a great location! The house had everything we needed for a beach stay, including a wagon, chairs, and would be plenty of space for a larger group. The decks were a great place to relax, and communication with the host was excellent — she was proactive and easy to work with. A solid spot for a few days by the coast!

Beryl is a great host. She is very attentive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel safe and at home. She is a wonderful host and this property is well kept, super clean and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Not one siren, loud vehicle, music or noisy neighbors. The garage is a big plus for us, also. We have to visit MD Anderson periodically for appointments and don’t feel safe staying in Houston since our vehicle was broken into. This home is about 35- 40 minutes from MD Anderson but it’s worth the drive for our peace of mind. We look forward to staying there again next time we are in the Houston area.

Beryl’s place was everything and more! Stop scrolling and book this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family and I for a getaway. It is in a great location and very well kept. Beryl was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. I will book again when I am in the area. If I could give a higher rating I would! Great experience.

We came in town for a baseball tournament and needed a comfortable place to relax in between games. The house was exactly as described and comfortable. We had the best time visiting Houston and felt right at home. We will definitely be back to Houston and hope this house is available.
