Welcome to our cozy Pearland home, a 3-bedroom 2-bath house in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Our home is located within reach of three major Houston highways, about 20 minutes from Hobby airport, and less than 5-minute from local parks and trails. The house is equipped with furnishings and amenities to make you feel right at home. We welcome vacationers and business travelers alike and would love to host you on your next trip to the Houston area.

This single-story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1660 sqft of living space. Our main hallway features a welcome table and some artistic accents inviting you into the home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a brand-new refrigerator (with ice maker) and gas range (with griddle). Each bedroom has a remote-controlled adjustable bed dressed in fresh white linens and colorful pillows, with touch activated bedside lamps. Other amenities include blazing fast internet, an internet connected smart TV with Bluetooth speakers, kitchen appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and Keurig. In addition this home offers several work areas (including a standing desk), full dining area, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with fresh towels. At the back there is a large open patio with bench seating and a patio umbrella for your outdoor meals. No neighbors to the rear.

We are in a Pearland suburban neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but within reach of its attractions and amenities. Our house is within 10 minutes of local shopping and restaurants, including the renowned Killen’s Steak House (just 6 minutes away) for your romantic dinners and fine dining needs. Also nearby, the Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium (just 4 minutes away) offers a fully equipped gym with indoor track, basketball, racquet ball and swimming pools. We are within reach of three major highways: highway 288 (north to the NRG stadium and downtown Houston), interstate 45 (south to Nasa and Galveston Beach) and beltway 8 (a major ring road around the city of Houston). Our home offers an excellent base location for your trip to the Houston area.

Guest Access

The entire house, except the Owner's closet in the hallway by the kitchen. The door has a keypad to restrict entry.

Beryl's cozy and comfy airbnb home was absolutely perfect for our family's needs. It had a spacious and inviting layout and was well-stocked with kitchen tools and amenities. It was so nice to have the Keurig coffee loaded with coffee pods:), as well as dish cleaning supplies, paper goods, some chilled water bottles, laundry soap, and bathroom supplies. Her checkout instructions were very simple and clear. It was a superb location in a pretty Pearland neighborhood, quiet and well-kept. Beryl was very personable right from the get-go, and always responded extremely promptly. She was touched by our gathering there for my mother-in-law's 100th birthday! If we should ever need a place to stay again there, we would 100% hope to find her place available. I'm sure anyone would enjoy it as much as we did!

This place has the amenities of an upscale hotel. Floss, qtips, cotton balls, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, cold bottle water upon arrival. Finally an air bnb in Pearland with class. Note: walking distance to Dolores nature center and centennial park. Very clean and comfortable 👌
