Good to know

The beach access is just a 6-minute walk or a short drive away from the house along Indian Beach Dr. across the main road. Parking is available in designated areas by the beach access path. Exterior Space Aqua Beach Haven sits on a half-acre plot with a portion fenced in for privacy. It is elevated on stilts with the main living area and patio deck accessible by stairs only. The large covered area under this home provides a comfortable space for your family to hang out and play when you are not at the beach. Exterior space amenities include: - A beautiful fire pit - Beach Chairs and buggy - Ping Pong Table - BBQ Grill - Dining tables (upper and lower level) - Full-sized hammock - Swing chair - Outdoor shower - Driveway with enough parking for 4 cars (Parking in the fenced area is not allowed) Balcony Space The beach side front deck has a dining table for outdoor meals, lots of seating to enjoy the view and a cornhole set for you leisure. The bay side back deck can be accessed from the seahorse room Interior Common Area The living room, kitchen, and dining area share a large common space in this open-concept house with beautiful aqua accents. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils for your family to use. The dining area and counter stools provide adequate seating for everyone at mealtime. Living room amenities include: - 65" Roku TV (with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ subscriptions) - Bose Soundbar for TV/Music and Smart Speaker (with Youtube Music subscription) - Keurig Combination K-Cup/ Carafe Coffee Machine - Hot water kettle - 4-slice toaster Bedrooms Each bedroom has an ocean life theme (Crab, Shark, Octopus, and Seahorse). Bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses with fresh white linens and colorful accent pillows. There is a Roku internet-connected smart TV in every room with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ subscriptions included for your entertainment. The Crab Room has a king-sized bed and is attached to bathroom 1. Bathroom 1 features a luxurious freestanding soaking tub with bubble bath soap and a teak wood caddy. The adjacent closet hosts a small library of books for your reading pleasure and a selection of board games for the family to ensure during your stay with us. The Octopus Room has a king-sized bed and is adjacent to the shared bathroom 2.The Seahorse Room, also adjacent to bathroom 2, has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony facing the back of the house with a view of the bay. The Shark room has two bunk beds with four full-sized mattresses large enough to sleep, children or adults. Our bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with fresh towels. Other Spaces The laundry room has a Washer, Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board. We also store a Vacuum cleaner in this area.

Pets We're happy to welcome well-behaved canine companions! Please note that only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay. There's a one-time pet fee of $100. Beach Rentals You can rent beach accessories and a golf cart from Rick's beach rentals. They are just a few minutes away and will deliver and pick up right at the house!

We want you to enjoy your stay at our house. Please be sure to review, understand and agree to these rules before booking. No smoking, vaping or under-age drinking of any kind is allowed on the property All pets must be approved by our team. Only dogs allowed. There will be a pet fee of $100 and the number of pets is limited to TWO. Pets must remain on a leash when outside our private fence. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated or confined if left alone in the house. Please pick up and dispose of ALL pet waste promptly. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. THE RESPONSIBLE GUEST IN A GROUP MUST BE 25 AND OVER TO RESERVE THE PROPERTY AND MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTS AND BOOKINGS Outside day guests are allowed to visit ONLY after prior approval of the host. *Bookings over 28 days are required to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of approved booking and to provide Valid IDs for every guest over 18 years that will Reside at the property. A background check may be conducted and guests must not have any criminal records in their background check. Note that there will be a fine of $350 for any violations. Neighborhood

Indian Beach is a quiet neighborhood featuring large individual lots and spanning the entire width of Galveston island. Each home lies on about half an acre of land leaving plenty of room between neighbors. Neighborhood roads are good for walks or bike rides. The whole area feels like a high-end suburb by the beach. The beach is on the south end of the community and Galveston bay is to the north. Aqua Beach Haven is within 1/4 mile from the Beach access

Guest Access

The entire house is available to all guests to enjoy, except the owner’s closet, at the back of the laundry room, which is reserved as a private space with restricted access. PLEASE NOTE: Community amenities such as the tennis courts, pool, and fishing pier are for residents only and ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is truly ideal—just a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The unit itself was immaculate and perfectly equipped with all the amenities our family needed, especially for beach travel. It made our vacation so easy and comfortable. My family and I had a great stay at Beryl’s place. Beryl was easy to contact. The home was great, and fully stocked, which made us feel right at home. The landscaping was awesome, the garage was stocked with beach chairs, and a ping pong table. I can’t say enough good things about Beryl’s place inside and out. This was the best beach retreat that my family and I have ever stayed at. Thank you Beryl for being the best host ever.

This home was perfect for our large party of 12. The home was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals. It was on a large lot so felt very private. Our group especially loved the corn hole game, ping pong table, and fire pit. Beryl was very communicative and provided clear instructions, which provided a smooth checkin and seamless stay. We would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful views and easy walk to beach. Had everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Ping pong and corn hole were a great addition. Fire pit was great for s’mores and stargazing. Family of 10 plus 6 month old fit comfortably and we are already planning our next visit! Thank you Beryl for being so responsive and welcoming!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was perfect for our family of 9 and had tons of great features/amenities that made us comfortable. The porches and downstairs area allowed us to spend lots of time outside with a nice breeze and shade. The beach was easy to access and a short walk. Beryl was an excellent host - very responsive and had clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely be staying here again.

Find us

The neighborhood is good for walks or bike rides. You can also rent a golf cart or just drive your car. Golf carts are not allowed on the beach, but may park by the beach access in Indian Beach.
